ARTIST. PAINTER. DESIGNER.

CREATIVE CURATOR.
I'm a Caymanian multidisciplinary creative whose practice exists somewhere between structure and freedom or (depending on the day) meticulous planning and manic experimentation.
Having lived and studied in Hong Kong, Canada and the United States, different cultures, lessons and environments taught me to stay curious, adaptable and comfortable with not knowing exactly where an idea will lead or how many versions i'll have to create before it's final.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design, I naturally approach creativity with precision, clarity and intention. My work still lives in the space between structure and spontaneity, exploring the relationship between control and chaos; usually with a paintbrush in one hand, too many open tabs open and a caffeine buzz.
Whether I'm designing, painting, experimenting with new techniques, or convincing myself that "one more small adjustment" won't take another hour, I'm constantly exploring new ways to create meaningful and expressive work.
At its core, my practice is about embracing curiosity, adaptability and creative freedom. But that's exactly what this is; a practice. One where I'm always changing, learning and getting better. So, come challenge me and let's make something interesting.
People often ask me when I started drawing, or when I knew art was going to be my career. The honest answer? I have no idea. While classmates traded english and science homework my offers looked something like "i'll do your art homework if you do my math."
Without sounding too cliché, I've been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember. (Cue the baby photo of me with a pencil in hand.) I don't really remember a version of myself that wasn't making something.
Shoutout to my mom because while many artists have stories about being told to find a "real job," she was too busy buying me more paint.
Some of my earliest memories are with my aunt while she painted murals across Cayman. Watching her transform blank walls into something vibrant and full of life felt like magic. I'm incredibly grateful to be able to follow a similar path and make work that connects or become an instagram photo op.
I get to create for a living, paint murals, be weird and work with pretty colours.
It's a full-circle moment that I'm grateful for every day.

Alright, enough writing.
